1. Shipping Coverage
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through jorvane.com. We are a U.S.-based jersey and sportswear store, and we provide delivery services to the United States, Europe, Australia, and the Rest of World. Some remote areas, restricted locations, or destinations affected by carrier limitations, customs requirements, or local regulations may not be available for delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, address verification, inventory checks, or customized product preparation.
3. Shipping Fees, Delivery Time, and Free Shipping
Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and free shipping eligibility are based on the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- United States: Standard Shipping $8.99, estimated delivery 3–7 business days; free shipping on orders of $120.00 or more.
- Europe: Standard Shipping $12.99, estimated delivery 7–15 business days.

4. Shipping Carriers

7. Delivery, Signature, and Address Responsibility
Please make sure your recipient name, shipping address, phone number, postal code, and country or region are accurate and complete before placing an order. If a package is delayed, returned, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, failure to pick up, or incomplete customs information, the customer may be responsible for any related costs.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your package or item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or shows a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at service@jorvane.com. Please include your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the shipping label, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will review the case and assist with a replacement, refund, exchange, or carrier investigation where applicable.
9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders shipped within the United States usually do not involve import duties. For orders shipped outside the United States, the destination country or region may charge import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier brokerage fees. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs inspections or clearance procedures may delay delivery, and we cannot control local customs processing times.
